Program Synopsis (Fundamental and Advanced Program)
The camp begins with specialized goaltender power skating focusing on shuffling, T-pushes, C-cuts, moving in and out of the net, and progresses to drills to enhance mobility, agility, reflex, confidence and all special techniques (butterfly, butterfly slide, half pad save, game situations etc.)

Goalies will get lots of shots to help them in their pursuit of becoming a better goalie. Shots are specific to the skills in which we work on in each session. They will be provided with thorough feedback, and staff support resulting from a 4:1 ratio of goalies to instructors, and 1 shooter per net.

Our selection of drills will encompass a variety of game situations. These drills are effective in developing good goaltending habits and in-game decision making. A controlled environment such as the one offered by NetWorks Goalie Academy gives the student the practice he/she needs, and the support that they deserve.

Goalies will be on the ice 2 hours per day. They will also have 1 hour off ice. The off-ice will consist of cardiovascular training, circuit training, plyometrics, "Goaler One" lateral slide training or soccer. Our knowledgeable off-ice coordinator, along with assigned group coaches will assist the students in their efforts.

Goalies will be grouped according to age and/or skill level.

Maximum: 3 goalies per net
